adding nee members and writing to them as well. I like the work I do for Shift.ms because it makes me feel like I am giving back to the community and I as if I am helping others. I am down at Mum and Dad's with The Man and I have had a completely weird day, we have Jackie (the chiro) this morning and as ever she was absolutely amazing, then The Man and I met Mum at a craft spring fair which was lovely but set off my panic, nothing too bad just made me very nervous. I sometimes forget that I still get panicky because it doesn't happen too often but it does so I just have to take baby steps when needed. After falling asleep on the couch, getting my hair trimmed, buying some make-up, watching some TV, doing some Shift.ms work and now blogging I feel I am in a weird reality.
Think it says it all.
This is the other interesting thing I have learnt about is this -
Click on it, how fascinating. We think that we have choice but it just true. All the products we use all come from six or so companies, we think we get to shop around but not really. Scary but kind of cool to see this map of all the products.
This gets an entry just because it is so cute. Thats all I have to say about this one.
